Booking rules/information

• Log in with your KTH account to book a room.

• You can book a room one week ahead of time.

• You must confirm your booking 15 minutes after the start time, at the latest.

• Always cancel your booking if you do not need the room.

• When you book a room after the start time you do not need to confirm.

• You may book up to four hours per week.

• Group study rooms are intended for a group of people, meaning at least two persons.

• Most group rooms have a whiteboard and screen, but not no 21.

• Remember to leave the room as you wish to find it.
